My partner and I had an incredible stay, largely thanks to the breathtaking views of the lake from our spacious room and the exceptional attentiveness of staff members like Aitana and José. We loved the engaging atmosphere created by the entertainment team, which included social activities and themed nights that kept our spirits high throughout our stay. the beds could have been a bit softer for providing additional comfort during the nights.
